These Terms govern your use of movalign.com (the “Site”), operated by MoveAlign. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

MoveAlign is a lead-generation and advertising service that connects consumers with licensed, independent moving companies. We do not perform moves, employ movers, own trucks, or act as a household-goods broker. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, conduct, or performance of any moving company.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only submit requests for yourself or with authorization.
• Independently vet and contract with any moving company; verify their licensing and insurance.
• Use the Site lawfully and not for spam, scraping, or fraudulent submissions.

Consent to contact

When you submit a request and check the consent box, you authorize MoveAlign and the matched moving company to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy and consent disclosure. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The Site and any matches are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveAlign is not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or performance of any moving company, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any move.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
